Reviews and Ratings
I found this hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms had a bit of a moldy smell and water damage in the bathroom, but they did come equipped with a refrigerator and Keurig, which was a nice touch. The service was a hit or miss as some staff members were friendly and accommodating, but the guest relations clerk was extremely rude to my family and me. The location was convenient for visiting the nearby college and venues, but it was the only part that seemed well-maintained. The dining options left much to be desired with cold, unappetizing breakfast items, although I did enjoy the fish and chips. Despite some drawbacks, there were some positive aspects to highlight as well.
The hotel's room was spacious and clean with a comfortable king-size bed and adequate furniture, yet lacking a free breakfast. Despite the room's positives, the absence of basic amenities such as a mini fridge or microwave and temperature control issues made the stay less desirable at this price point.
I stayed at the hotel for a basketball event near Missouri State University. The room I got was a queen double due to no housekeeping service, which was a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, there was no free breakfast provided, and the room truly needed updating. The night was disrupted by a horrible racket that lasted most of the night.
